Larry brings over 20 years of investment/management in commercial real estate and 1031 exchange expertise to AIE, including investment for pension funds, NYSE exchange traded funds, as well as limited and private partnerships. Mr. Lanzrath’s experience includes both tax and securities compliance. Under the 1031 exchange format, Larry has raised over $130 million of investor equity with a real estate asset valuation in excess of $300 million.

Mr. Lanzrath is an active member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and a member of its taxation and financial planning sections. Over the past two decades, Larry has also been an active member in the International Council of Shopping Centers, National Council of Real Estate Investment Fiduciaries, Urban Land Institute, Council for Urban Economic Development, Pension Real Estate Association, Federation of Exchange Accommodators and the Collateralized Mortgage-Backed Securities Association.

Prior to American Investment Exchange Ryan headed up a Charlotte based commercial real estate and qualified intermediary firm specializing in 1031 exchanges. In addition, Mr. Clayton has partnered in the development of several office and mixed-use projects with an asset valuation in excess of $1 billion. Mr. Clayton currently is a real estate broker and member of the National Association of Realtors and Federation of Exchange Accommodators.
